Kevin Johnson is a self-taught photography enthusiast from Tacoma, Washington. As a former athlete, movement influences his art, and his photography showcases a wide range of subjects within their natural element. He spotlights the people and places who have inspired his personal journey as an artist, ultimately leading to the inception of Interlude Collective itself.
Collaborator - Chris Hyppa
Chris Hyppa is a Global Skill Development Basketball Coach. He trains thousands of athletes, of all ages, each year, from first-time players to WNBA/NBA professionals. His mission has always been the same–to inspire and impact players’ lives through the game of basketball. Basketball has taken Chris all over the world. He runs camps in China and numerous countries in Europe, has worked with professional teams in South Korea, and is now a leading basketball coach in the industry.
Kevin and Chris were both born and raised in Tacoma, Washington and have been connected since 2011. Their alignment in creativity, passion, and hard work is what brought these Tacoma natives together for the Ryoko Rain collaboration.
